5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Subject to these Terms and applicable laws, and as between you and Galactic LLC, you own any rights in the content generated through your use of the Service, to the extent such rights exist. Content generated mainly by AI may not be protected by copyright, and similar content may be generated for others. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.

AI-Generated Music: Music marked "Cleared for commercial use" may be used commercially, including on YouTube, in ads and in client work, under the terms of the AI provider that made it. Other music, including drafts not marked that way, is for personal, non-commercial use. Generated music may carry an inaudible AI watermark; do not remove it and do not present AI-generated music as made solely by a human. We give no guarantee or indemnity that generated music does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are charged based on usage (pay-as-you-go) or subscription plans
Use of the Service is subject to the published limits of your plan (including upload size and duration, storage, monthly upload volume and simultaneous jobs), your available credits, fair use, and the input requirements of the AI model you select
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We may change pricing with 30 days notice
You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Accuracy or quality of generated content
That the Service will meet your requirements
Security of data transmission

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALACTIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request data export before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
